Facilities introduction
Main facilities within the park (Summer period)
Chushin Zone
It is a zone that can be enjoyed by children and adults, with seasonal flowers and large playground equipment that tickles the adventure.
There is also a safe car-camping site that even beginners can enjoy.
Keiryu Zone
It is a zone that spreads along the Atsubetsu River. You can go around the waterfalls in the park, play in the Atsubetsu River, and enjoy it all day in the greenery.
Activities that can only be done in this zone, such as cycling and barbecue, are also attractive.
Takino no Mori Zone East Area
There are barrier-free garden paths, benches, and playground equipment to get close to the forest. Even those who are not used to walking in the forest or small children can enjoy walking in the forest.
Takino no Mori Zone West Area
In the forest full of rich nature, you can observe many wildflowers and creatures, and enjoy trekking while watching the traces of pioneering history.
Main facilities within the park (Winter period)
If you want to enjoy the long winter of Hokkaido, go to Takino Snow World!
The altitude is higher and the temperature is lower than the center of Sapporo city, so you can see the superb view unique to cold places!
Speaking of Takino in winter, adults and children can enjoy “tube sleds” and “walking skis”.
